Honda Civic - Video tutorial

Model: Honda Civic MK 7 - Years 2001-2006
Part: Radiator
Operation: Remove the radiator on Honda Civic

How to remove the radiator on a Honda Civic? We disassemble the front bumper to get to the radiator. After removing the bumper we proceed with the disassembly of the radiator. We disassemble the plates that block the radiator in the upper part, then we lift the car on a column bridge and loosen the clamp of the water hose. We detach the various convoy sleeves of the refrigeration system with pliers, (we unscrew the lock that blocks the front hood if it hinders the extraction). We disassemble the fan kit if we have problems disassembling the radiator. We remove the radiator from inside the engine compartment. We mount the new piece in the engine compartment: we mount the cooling fans, clamps, pins and various pipes. We reassemble the anchoring brackets of the radiator with attached plates. We mount the bumper at the end of the assembly.
