How to Replace the ECU of the Honda Civic?

Model: Honda Civic MK 8 - Years 2006-2012

To replace the ECU of the Honda Civic, open the bonnet to access the engine bay and remove the battery located near the left front headlamp. Disconnect the terminals and loosen the securing screws to remove the battery. Once the battery is out of its housing, locate the ECU at the back. Disconnect it from its connectors and replace it with a new one. After replacing the ECU, reinstall the battery.
