This video provides instructions for removing and replacing the front bumper on a Honda CR-V. First, open the bonnet and start by unscrewing and removing the screws found on the plastic shield of the front bumper; once removed, you can unscrew the screws located on both sides of the front wheel arches using a 10 mm socket spanner, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the clips located under the front bumper and gently unclip the bumper from the sides until it is completely removed, following the video to the end!

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
