How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Honda Accord Mk8

This guide shows how to reset the maintenance light on a Honda Accord Mk8. To perform the reset, use the controls on the steering wheel. Press the "Sel/Reset" button to bring up the maintenance menu on the multifunction display. By holding the previous button for about ten seconds, you can activate the reset option; use the arrows on the steering wheel to complete the operation. The next service interval will be displayed as a countdown in miles. Turn off and restart the ignition to check that the operation has been completed correctly.
