Let's see how to replace the cabin air filter (also known as the pollen filter) in the Honda Pilot. The filter is located behind the glove compartment, so you will need to empty it before proceeding with this operation. To remove the glove compartment, simply compress the two sides and pull it towards you. This way, the glove compartment will come out easily, revealing a small compartment that opens under pressure and contains the filter. Remove the dirty filter, disposing of it properly, clean the compartment with a blast of compressed air, and place the new, clean filter in its housing. Reinstall it by compressing the sides of the glove compartment and putting it back in place, and the job is done.
