Today we will explain how to deactivate the passenger side airbag on a Hyundai I30 car, model produced from 2007 to 2012, independently. To deactivate the airbag, we need to open the passenger side door and insert the vehicle key into the lock on the side panel, and turn it towards the OFF option. To activate the airbag when we have finished the maintenance operations, we need to open the door and turn the key towards the ON option. This procedure will allow you to perform maintenance operations safely and also to place the child seat on the front seat without any risks in case of an accident.
