To replace the cabin air filter on a Hyundai Santa Fe, start by locating the compartment under the front dashboard, behind the glove box. Open the glove box and empty it for easier access, then gently press on the sides to unclip it and lower it further, exposing the filter cover.

The cover is secured by tabs or small clips that need to be released to access the filter.

Once the cover is removed, you will see the cabin air filter. Carefully remove it, taking care of any dust or debris that may have accumulated.

Insert the new filter, ensuring that you follow the airflow direction indicated on the side of the filter. Refit the cover, raise the glove box, and check that everything is securely in place.
