Replacement of the cabin air filter of the Hyundai Santa Fe MK1

Every fifteen thousand kilometers we need to replace the cabin filter of the Hyundai Santa Fe to maintain efficiency and ensure that clean air circulates in the ventilation system. Sit in the passenger seat, remove the dashboard trim to the right of the glove compartment, open the compartment and press inwards on the short sides to release it from the housing. Unscrew the four cross screws of the frame and the two 10mm nuts at the base of the compartment, remove everything. In the center of the panel, vertically mounted, we find the cover of the filter box, remove it, extract the frame with the old filter, replace it with a new one and reassemble the components by proceeding in reverse order with the operations.
