How do you replace the key fob battery on a Hyundai Kona? This video details how to do it: take your key fob and press the button to release the metal key. Once extracted, use a lever to separate the two covers as shown in the video. Unscrew the screws on the battery holder with a small screwdriver.

Remove the worn battery from the housing, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the plastic battery holder with the attached screws and close the key fob cover.

Finally, check the proper functioning of the fob.
