How do you replace the engine oil and filter on a Hyundai IX35? It's a simple operation if you follow the correct steps. Lift the car using a column lift or jack, and remove the cover panel (if available).

Use a socket spanner to undo the oil sump bolt, allowing the fluid to drain into a disposal container. Refit the oil sump bolt and the oil filter.

Remove the oil filter using a chain tool (fit the new filter). Lower the car and open the bonnet, securing it. Finally, top up with new oil. Measure the oil level multiple times with the metal dipstick until you reach the ideal level.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
