To replace the battery in the key fob on a Hyundai Sonata, press the lever on the back of the fob and extract the mechanical key. In the gap created, insert a small screwdriver or a plastic lever and gently pry apart the two halves of the shell. Open the fob and locate the button cell battery inside.

Remove it carefully noting the orientation and insert the new battery of the same type, usually CR2032, respecting the indicated polarity. Close the shell by pressing firmly along the edges until it clicks shut, then reinsert the mechanical key into its slot until it locks.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
