Replacing the battery in the remote key of a 2022 Hyundai Sonata is a simple and quick task that you can do independently, aided by our brief video. To carry out the replacement, press the button on the back of the cover to remove the top part of the remote.

Then, extract the metal key located inside. To remove the cover of the remote, insert a flat-head screwdriver into the hole left by the key and push outward.

Once the cover is open, replace the battery and reassemble the remote.
