First of all, it is necessary to remove the protective caps of some fixing screws: one is inside the internal opening lever and the other inside the handle of the closing handle. Once the caps have been removed (fixed by pressure), unscrew the screws below. Also remove the triangular shaped plastic trim that is located from the inside of the outside rearview mirror. At this point, release the pressure clips along the edges of the panel and pull it upwards to free it from the glass scraper gasket; unhook the opening rod, the socket connected to the window lifter button and that of the courtesy light; then remove the panel.
