How to Change the Remote Battery on a Hyundai Tucson

Is the battery in your Hyundai Tucson key dead? Here’s how to change it. Take the remote and use a screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the key cover. Pry until the plastic parts separate. Remove the functioning buttons and then the dead battery using a screwdriver; take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the two parts of the cover with the buttons by pressing on the key remote until you hear a click. Use the buttons on the key remote to check if it works.
