How to Remove the Door Panel from a Hyundai Atos

Model: Hyundai Atos MK 1 - Years 1997-2008

Before you start, open the door to work freely. Begin by unscrewing the screws that secure the door handle, then remove it. Next, repeat this step for the opening handle, but before fully removing it, disconnect the rear cable. After this, unscrew and remove the upper door locking button. At this point, before you can remove the door panel, you need to remove the window winder handle. To do this, use a thin but sturdy tool to insert into the gap between the handle and the door panel, and lever it off. This will remove the window winder handle. Using the thin but sturdy tool again, lever around the entire perimeter of the door panel to disengage the clips holding it in place. Once this step is completed, you will have successfully removed the panel.
