First, open the front door and start removing the door panel by unscrewing the fixing screws; then disconnect the handle cable found at the back, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, unscrew the internal screws of the external handle to remove it; then install the new handle and reconnect the cable, finally reassembling the front door panel!
