How to Remove the Spark Plug on a Hyundai i30

Here’s how to remove the spark plugs from a petrol Hyundai i30. Lift the bonnet and locate the engine cylinder head. Remove the cover from above the coils, using a screwdriver to take out the screws on the sides of the coils on the cylinder head. Once the coils are removed, unscrew all the spark plugs using a socket wrench. Use a spark plug removal tool to extract the pieces from inside the cylinder head. Take the new spark plugs and guide them with the extension of the socket wrench into the cylinder head, tighten them and reconnect the power coils to each coil. Screw the securing screws on the sides of the coils. Start the vehicle for a test.
