This tutorial shows how to reset the engine oil maintenance light on a Hyundai Sonata. The required steps are brief and very simple; first, get in the car, insert the key, and turn it to the first position without starting the engine.

This will allow access to the instrument cluster to perform the reset procedure. Next, using the buttons on the right above the steering wheel, open the settings menu and navigate through the available options.

Select "user setting", then "service interval", and finally "reset"; by pressing the OK button, you will be asked to confirm the procedure, so press OK again and the reset will be complete.
