To reset the Service light on the Hyundai Santa Fe, turn on the instrument panel and then press the MENU button located on the right side of the steering wheel: this will allow you to navigate through the menu using the cursor on the right spoke. Select the "Service intervals" option and then "Reset": this will reset the light correctly and restore the maintenance interval.

At this point, you can completely turn off the instrument panel by turning the key.
