Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Hyundai Santa Fe MK 2 - Years 2006-2012

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side behind the glove compartment: to access and replace it, open the glove compartment door, detach the side strap that acts as a damper and stop, and then press the sides of the glove compartment to retract the rubber stops and fully lower the door; once you reach the air duct, you can extract the cabin air filter and remove any dirt residue inside the duct; then apply the new filter (activated carbon is recommended) following the direction of the airflow.
