How to Adjust the Handbrake on the Hyundai IX35

Today, learn how to adjust the handbrake on the Hyundai IX35. To adjust the handbrake, go to the rear seats of the vehicle and remove the cover from the back of the handbrake; use a flat-head screwdriver for this. Once the cover is removed, you can work on the handbrake. Unscrew the screws that secure the internal cover of the handbrake and then, using a 2 mm spanner, adjust the handbrake by tightening it. Once satisfied, move to the front of the vehicle to check that the handbrake is correctly adjusted; if it still feels light, tighten the screw further.
