How to Remove the Door Panel on a Hyundai Elantra?

To remove the door panel on a Hyundai Elantra, start by fully lowering the window. Turn off the engine and disconnect the battery for safety.

Use a plastic tool to gently pry at the edges of the panel and remove the trim around the internal handle. Once removed, locate and unscrew the hidden screws beneath the trim.

Next, remove the trim around the door opening handle and unscrew any other visible screws. With all screws removed, use the plastic tool again to pry along the perimeter of the door panel, releasing the retaining clips.

After releasing all clips, gently lift the panel upwards to free it from the window edge. Finally, disconnect the electrical connectors attached to the panel controls, such as those for the electric windows and speakers.

The door panel is now completely removed, allowing access to internal components for repairs or replacements.
