How to Remove the Engine Cylinder Head from a Hyundai Elantra

Model: Hyundai Elantra MK 4, HD - Years 2006-2010
Part: Cylinder head

Start by removing the plastic soundproofing panel on the engine cylinder head and pull out the oil dipstick. Disconnect all the connectors supplying electricity to the glow plugs using needle-nose pliers. Remove the various wiring on the cylinder head (disconnect the metal clips of the various pipes and the fuel connectors with pliers). Use a socket or electric screwdriver to undo all the bolts of the engine cylinder head, then remove it along with the gasket. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
