To replace the door light bulb in an Infiniti Q40, pry inside the housing of the dome light at the lower inner part of the door. Once the dome light is removed from its housing, disconnect the connector attached to it so that the bulb inside can also be removed.

After removing the bulb, insert the new one, reconnect it to the connector, and place the dome light back in its housing. Then, check that the installed bulb works correctly.
