How to replace the clutch pump of the Iveco Daily.

Today we will explain how to replace the clutch pump of the Iveco Daily. To carry out this procedure, you need to purchase a compatible or original clutch pump, a 10mm and 13mm socket wrench, pliers, a container for fluid, brake fluid, bleeding tubes, star and flathead screwdrivers, and gloves. Open the hood and locate the clutch pump, which is on the driver's side between the pedal and the firewall. Using pliers, remove the retaining clip of the rod that connects the pedal to the pump. Place a plastic container under the pump and loosen the fittings to allow the fluid to drain into the container once the screws are removed. From the engine compartment, unscrew the screws that secure the pump to the firewall using the 10mm wrench and gently pull out the pump. Insert the pump back in the same position, securing it with the screws and connecting the hydraulic tubes. Fill the brake fluid reservoir to the maximum level, connecting a small tube to the bleeder screw on the clutch receiver cylinder. Open the bleeder screw and close it immediately afterward to prevent bubbles from forming. Repeat this process until only clean fluid comes out of the tube without air. Reattach the retaining clip of the rod to the pump pedal, then get inside the vehicle and check while driving for any leaks near the fittings.
