Setting the automatic opening and closing of the exterior mirrors and the locking of the doors while driving on a Jeep Compass is a simple and quick operation to perform via the vehicle's onboard computer. To set the automatic folding of the mirrors using the vehicle's remote, turn on the instrument cluster and the onboard computer, then select the vehicle icon also known as "vehicle settings"; from the menu, select the "mirrors" option and then choose "On". To set the door locking while driving, from the same "vehicle settings menu", select the "doors" option and then choose "On".
