If the air conditioning system no longer comes out of hot air, on one side or both sides, it is possible to carry out a diagnosis on the air conditioning system itself without diagnostic tools: turn the knob of the air conveyor positioning it on the front vents, press the button to switch on the air conditioning and the recirculation button for a few seconds and turn the temperature adjustment knob; at this point, codes (5. 2 and 5. 6) will appear on the air conditioner display, indicating the breakage of the mixing bulkheads. The repair would require a considerable disassembly and cost: fortunately it is possible to buy in the after market a repair kit complete with instructions that guide the repair even in a very rapid, if a little invasive, way. In fact, to access the bulkheads it would be necessary to practically disassemble the dashboard, instead it is possible to reach them by removing the glove box and cutting portions of the air conveyor. Once the bulkheads are restored, the problem will be solved: bulkheads lowered for cold air and raised for hot air.
