How to Reset the Oil Light on the Jeep Grand Cherokee

If the engine oil change light keeps coming on despite having already replaced it, you will need to reset the light manually. Fortunately, the operation is very simple and does not require any direct or invasive intervention in the engine compartment. First, get inside the vehicle and press the "Start" button twice in quick succession to turn on the ignition. Immediately after, fully and slowly press the accelerator pedal three times. At this point, the reset is complete, and the warning light should have disappeared permanently.
