How to Replace the Key Battery in a Jeep Wrangler

If your Jeep Wrangler key suddenly stops working, it is most likely due to a completely dead battery. The only solution is to replace it. You only need a flat-head screwdriver for this. Take the key and insert the screwdriver head into the gap between the top and bottom parts of the cover. Gently push upwards to separate the two parts and fully open the cover. Just below, you will have access to the button cell battery. Replace it with a new one, and finally, reassemble the cover correctly.
