How to Reset the Oil Change Light on Jeep Cherokee

In this video tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil change light on a Jeep Cherokee. First, perform the oil and filter change. After completing the DIY maintenance, get in the vehicle to reset the oil life timer; the engine must be off, but the ignition on. Use the buttons on the left of the steering wheel, access the menu, select "Vehicle info" and scroll down to find "Hold OK to Reset Oil life". Select this option and a message will appear: "To reset Oil life Engine Must be Off with Ignition in Run." Hold the OK button to reach 100%. Reset complete.
