Today we will explain how to reset the service light, related to oil change and maintenance on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee vehicle. Before proceeding with the steps for resetting the light, it is necessary to perform the desired maintenance; in our case, the engine oil change.

To reset the oil light, we must turn on the instrument panel and press the accelerator pedal three times in a row. Release the button and restart the instrument panel to complete the reset procedure. If the light is not reset, it is necessary to go to an authorized workshop to have a diagnosis performed using an OBD port and diagnostic computer.
