To replace the thermostat on a Jeep Wrangler, lift the bonnet to access the engine bay and locate the thermostat, which is situated at the front of the engine block, directly beneath the air filter housing. Therefore, the air filter housing must be removed by loosening its fastening screws and disconnecting it from the pipe it is attached to. This will allow you to unscrew the bolts securing the thermostat and remove it from its housing, replacing it with a new spare part. After the replacement, reinstall all other components.
