Instructions for Replacing Number Plate Lights

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

Replacing the number plate light is very simple as the bulb holder is fixed to the support with plastic tabs. Once you detach the bulb holder, rotate the bulb socket to extract it (T10 fitting) and insert the new one. After inserting the new bulb, ensure it lights up correctly before fitting it back into the holder and reinstalling everything into the support. You may also opt for an LED bulb to illuminate the number plate, giving the vehicle a more modern appearance.
