In this video tutorial, see how to replace the pollen filter on a Jeep Wrangler JK by following simple procedures. The replacement takes about 30 minutes. Replace the pollen filter after driving 9,300 miles or at least once a year. You can find the pollen filter behind the glove compartment, so to remove the glove compartment, press the buttons located on each side of the opening; carefully and slowly remove the glove compartment. Now insert the key, start the vehicle, and set it to recirculation mode. This procedure will cause the fan behind the air grille to expand and open; then turn off the engine and remove the key. Remove the pollen filter from its housing and position the new filter according to the arrows indicating the airflow.
