How to Reset the Air Filter Light on a Kia Carens

The air filter light activates on the dashboard or onboard computer of the Kia Carens when manual purification of the filter is required. To perform this simple operation, start the vehicle and press the menu button on the display to activate the manual procedure.

Keep the button pressed and the vehicle will begin the purification. During this operation, you cannot turn off or use the vehicle.

The operation lasts between 25 and 45 minutes. At the end of the procedure, you can restart the dashboard.

If the light does not reset, you must proceed with the replacement of the cabin air filter.
