Removing/Replacing Wheel Trims

The vast majority of cars leave the factory with steel wheels and plastic wheel trims. The trims are often secured to the wheel rim by a metal ring that supports a series of springs that hook around the edge of the rim. In the following video, the trims are secured with the wheel nuts. Therefore, to replace a wheel trim, first loosen the wheel nuts while the car is on the ground. Once the car is lifted, observing all safety regulations, finish unscrewing the nuts, thus extracting the wheel trim. Car model: Hyundai/Kia
