How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on a Lancia Ypsilon

Model: Lancia Ypsilon 843, MK 2, Ypsilon 2, Y2 - Years 2003-2011

Lift the car using a column jack to the desired height. Next, remove the wheel using a telescopic wrench or air drill along with the respective bolts. Unscrew the locking pin of the brake caliper (use some penetrating fluid), then remove the caliper from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the pads from the wheel hub caliper. Install the new pads onto the caliper, then refit the brake caliper with the brake disc support. Tighten all bolts and reattach the wheel. Perform the same operations on the other calipers on the vehicle.
