How to Replace the Key Battery of a Lancia Ypsilon

Begin by prying off and removing the "Lancia" emblem from your Lancia Ypsilon using a thin but sturdy tool. Then, using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew and remove the screw that secures the side cover of the key, and then pry off and remove the cover itself. This will give you access to the exhausted key battery. At this point, extract the battery from its housing, and the disassembly will be complete. To fit the new battery and close the key, simply follow this procedure in reverse, and the replacement will be finished.
