In this video tutorial you can see how it is possible to replace the Land Rover Freelander battery by following some steps that will guide you towards the correct management of your vehicle, without necessarily resorting to the assistance of a mechanic. First you need to secure your vehicle with the handbrake on, then open the bonnet and secure it with the special rod. Prepare all the material like a new battery that has THE SAME AMPERAGE, a jack wrench to unscrew the battery electric cable clamps. Start by lifting the protective battery cover, as shown in the video. Then take the jack wrench and start unscrewing the nuts of the terminals and disconnect the electrical cables; once removed, you can lift the battery (being careful as it is quite heavy) and remove it from its seat; replace it with the working one, then reassemble all the parts by proceeding backwards.
