In this video, see how to reset the service light on a Range Rover: you need to open the hood for this operation, and also keep the door open; everything else must be closed. Press the start button once to turn on the ignition, and simultaneously press the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal, holding them down for about ten seconds. Now turn off the ignition. Turn it back on and using the buttons on the control panel to the left of the steering wheel, scroll to "vehicle information." Go to "next service" and check how many miles until it is due. The light is now reset.
