To disable the passenger airbag on the Land Rover Discovery, open the front passenger door to access the corresponding side of the dashboard. Here, you will find a lock that allows you to activate or deactivate the passenger airbag.

Insert the ignition key into this lock and turn it from ON to OFF. This will also trigger the indicator light on the instrument panel, signaling that the airbag is deactivated. To reactivate it, simply turn the lock back to ON.
