If a device in your Lincoln MKC suddenly stops working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the passenger glove compartment.

The second box is positioned in the engine compartment, beneath the black cover next to the battery, while the third and final box is located on the right wall of the trunk. Make sure to replace any blown fuses with replacements of the same specifications.
