To replace the rearview mirror on a Maruti Alto 800, detach the triangular plastic cover located on the inside of the door, corresponding to the mirror. Under this cover, you will find the screws that secure the mirror from the inside; loosen these bolts to completely remove the mirror from the outside of the door. After the old piece is removed, insert the new one, then secure it with the screws and cover it with the panel.
