In this video we see a problem regarding the external rearview mirrors of the Mazda CX-9. The youtuber has the issue that the side mirrors sometimes get stuck, and consequently do not open or close completely, remaining stuck in an intermediate position where they are neither open nor closed. The youtuber tried for us a system that consists of spraying WD-40 inside the mirror, and then maneuvering the mirror for about ten times, so that it self-lubricates. At the moment it seemed like it didn't work, but the next day, when evidently the liquid had settled and done its job, the mirrors started working well again.
