How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a Mazda 6

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008
Part: Diesel fuel filter

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Mazda 6. The fuel filter is located in the bottom left corner of the engine bay. Begin by disconnecting its connector and removing the various hoses attached to it. Then, unscrew and remove the bolts securing it. Once you have removed the bolts, proceed to extract the fuel filter, completing the disassembly. To fit the new filter and close everything up, simply repeat these instructions in reverse order. By doing so, you will have successfully completed the replacement.
