Mazda 6 - Video tutorial

Model: Mazda 6 MK 3, GJ - Years 2012-2023
Part: Diesel filter
Operation: How to replace the diesel filter on Mazda 6

Let's see how to remove and replace the fuel filter on Mazda 6. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever at the bottom left of the dashboard; let's lift up the front hood and put it in safety. Remove the soundproofing panel of the engine, then, with a socket wrench, unscrew the locking pins placed around the plate that supports the filter (disconnect the power connectors and the various circulation pipes) where it is located. We extract the diesel filter and replace it with a new one. Finally we reassemble the fuel filter container (connect pipes and cables) and tighten the screws. We close the front hood finally.
