How to Remove and Install the Sensor on a Mazda 6

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008

This video guide shows you how to maintain your Mazda 6. Pull the lever located at the bottom left of the driver’s side dashboard, lift the bonnet until it clicks, and with your fingers, move the lever underneath it to the appropriate position. Once the bonnet is secured, locate the car's air conditioning unit, disconnect the power connector, and unscrew the two screws with an appropriate screwdriver. Remove the air conditioning sensor from the affected area and compare it with the new one to ensure they are identical. Install the sensor and reconnect the power connector.
