How to Replace the Remote Key Battery of a Mazda 2?

To replace the battery of the Mazda 2 key, press the button to lift the key and use a thin, rigid object to unclip a fastening clip located in the key housing. By unclipping the clip, the top part of the remote, to which the key is attached, will detach from the bottom part. Now, use a flat-head screwdriver to open the bottom part of the remote, removing the protective cover of the battery. Leveraging with the screwdriver, the battery can be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new one.
