How to Replace the Battery of the Mazda 2 Remote?

To replace the battery of the Mazda 2 remote, press the button located on the front of the remote to lift the key; then, lever it in its housing to separate the upper part containing the key from the lower part. Once this has been separated, lever in the key housing to split the two halves of the remote and remove the battery from its compartment. After the old battery has been removed, replace it with a new spare part and reassemble all the parts.
