Operation: How to perform a service reset on Mazda BT-50

In this video tutorial we can see how to perform the service reset on Mazda BT-50. The first thing to do is vehicle maintenance such as changing the engine oil and filters; after performing the do-it-yourself service, get in the car and put the handbrake on, turn on the instrument panel, without starting the engine to check that the service warning light is on; now turn the key to OFF to turn off the ignition and press the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal at the same time and turn on the instrument panel, keep them pressed until you see the service warning light flash; at this point release both pedals; now turn off the ignition and start the engine; at this point the light should remain off.

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it.
